Brief Christmas Eve update

The Spinal tap went well-no results but the spinal fluid was clear which is a good thing.  Temp still at 101.6.   No change in mental status.

Philippians 3:10  "I want to know Christ and the power of his resurrection and the fellowship of sharing in his sufferings, becoming like him in his death, and so, somehow, to attain to the resurrection from the dead."  I am so thankful for that babe in Bethlehem who came to walk with us pain, give meaning to suffering, challenges us to trust in the power of his resurrection.  I hope you all have a truly wonderful Christmas!

Jon - A birthday you will never forget but filled with more greetings than you may ever see again. I add mine, Happy Birthday! I continue to pray for you.

To all the family, immediate and extended, Karen and I pray that the peace of Christ will rule in your hearts and also for His blessing on you this day. We strongly long to be with you all again.

MA, charge my friend to continue to be of good courage and to be encouraged. God is glorifying and will continue to glorify Himself in this process. Remind him that his life mission is being fulfilled although he may not see God's strategy for the moment. Tell him that we love him and still have many places on the earth to walk where none of us have been yet.

MA, Jon, Chip, family, and faithful friends who continue at his bedside, our continual prayers are there for you.

God is good... all the time.

Mary Ann and Family,

We just concluded a packed sanctuary with our Candlelight Communion Service. Our prayers as a congregation and a district are strongly with you all. Some of the people are praying so regularly they feel they know you. May God bring the fever down and seal up any remaining problems with the mitral valve to the heart. A blessed Christmas to you all now and we are holding up your arms in prayer. Love you,

Pastor Rich Carlson, Supt. IWD

Thinking of you all tonight...or this morning. May the One who came to bring peace, grant you great peace. You can trust His heart when you don't understand His ways.
"...The LORD is at hand; do not be anxious about anything - I cannot imagine having never been in your steps - ...but in everything by prayer and supplication with tahnksgiving let your request be made known to God. And the peace of God, which passes all understanding (this is my answer)...WILL gurad your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." (Phil. 4: 5-7) Please know we love you and even this Christmas day, will be thinking and praying for you. Elizabeth and Gary

Blessings to you all today! May strength, joy, and love be your portion throughout this amazing day when God came in the flesh to reconcile us to Himself. We're standing with you - not only for TJ's healing but also for Christ's commission on TJ's life to make known our Savior.

Like many of other thousands of people around the world, we continue to pray and fast for you all and TJ. We have been praying specifically he would be awake enough on Christmas day for you all to enjoy our Lord's birthday together as a family. May that be your family Christmas present from the Lord. We will continue to pray for TJ's full recovery. What a delight to lift up invisible holy hands with God's people circling the globe.
