The fantastic nurse we had overnight is on her way back home so I quizzed her before she left for the same of my mother, but thought I'd pass on the info:
- His hemoglobin is low, but not so low it's worth treating
- His white count is good
- All of his overnight labs looked good
We are currently waiting for the results of another chest X-Ray, taken around 05:30 CST, took look at his lungs.
I (Jonathan) spoke to him this morning after the X-Ray and before the pain meds made him loopy. He was looking much better, and his breathing was sounding better. He said he felt much better. More importantly, he finally found his manly-anti-hospital streak saying, "I hope everybody else thinks I look better too and sends me home!"
Sorry dad, not yet. But he is looking better, and after a bunch of pain meds in him (he has one of those clicker things, but I hit it when he is sleeping to keep him sleeping) he said is not in any pain at all (as of 07:30 CST).
Thanks to everyone for their prayers, emails, and phone calls!
On behalf of the Addington Family, Jonathan

Jonathan - thank you for these updates. Michael and I are tracking Tim's progress and praying/praising accordingly.
Dear Addingtons,
This is Sarah Nelson Curtis, Grant and Carol Nelson's daughter. My mother told me what happened and I just wanted to let you know we've been praying for all of you and will continue to do so. You are so special to us!
I also asked our church community to pray, so please know that you will have a bunch of Presbyterians pleading with the Father on your behalf.
I googled around a bit and stumbled upon this blog. I am so thankful and will be checking it often.
Love,
Sarah, Curtis, King & Mike
