They are changing TJ's bed in order to turn him better. It's now like an automatic Lay-Z-Boy. He has not tolerated being turned manually -- that is, his vitals drop for about 30 minutes afterwards -- the new bed makes it easier to turn him.
Currently his blood pressure ok, but his sats down to 85 (bad). The accumulative amount of fluid that drained since Tuesday's CT scan is somewhere around 130, far, far less than we need. If no fluid has been added, and the doctor's original estimate of fluid in the plural cavity was correct, when need about a liter more of fluid drained.
More updates as soon as I talk to MA to make sure I get the right information and can translate it into English Medicaliese.

Keep the faith, dear brother! We are praying for you, your family and loved ones, your docs and nurses, and anyone else God plans to use during this time in your life.
"Glory to God in the Highest, and on earth, PEACE, goodwill to men."
Your brother and sister in Christ,
Peter & Kim
South Hamilton, MA
We pray that the changing of the bed will make TJ more comfortable and that his vitals will improve.
God, continue to grant wisdom and give TJ rest.
We pray that MA, Jon, Chip and family will have renewed strength and peace.
Standing in the gap,
Lori G.
Karen and I are praying hourly.

MA and all:
I have been praying for TJ and your family ever since I heard about the health crisis. I am joining in the concert of prayer that is happening today and praying for a miraculous intervention. Hugs to you!
Rachelle
We are praying for you all here at Wayside Chapel. The Lord continues to bring you to mind which tells me that your situation is near to His heart. Our hope, trust and faith rest in the loving and redemptive hands of the Lord God. Thank you for the updates.
Sincerely in Christ,
Rick Lowe and the Wayside Chapel staff
The urgent call to fast and pray for these latest developments has gone out to our staff and partners across Africa. We are coming together boldly before the throne of grace crying out for mercy, grace, and healing for TJ and family.
Asia and I have been continually praying from the time we heard about the illness. We have really been blessed hearing how your family has worked through this trial.
Praying and fasting...
Cabot
